Privacy policy and personal data protection

DOMUX France (operation of the DOMUX brand by CASABILL, SAS with share capital of €50,000, registered office: Plan-de-Cuques, Bouches-du-Rhône, France) is the controller of the personal data collected on www.domux.eu, www.domux.fr, www.casabill.com and www.domux.de, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected

• Order: title, surname, first name, addresses, email, phone, payment data (processed by our payment provider, never stored in clear).
• Account: order history, saved addresses, newsletter preferences.
• Browsing: session cookies, anonymised audience measurement, advertising cookies only with your consent (banner).

Purposes and legal bases

Performance of the contract (order, delivery, after-sales); legal obligation (invoicing, warranty); legitimate interest (website security, catalogue improvement); consent (newsletter, advertising cookies).

Retention periods

Account: 3 years after the last contact. Order data: 10 years (accounting obligation). Cookies: 13 months maximum.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: request them by email at contact@domux.fr or by post to our registered office. Reply within 1 month. A copy of an identity document may be requested for access and erasure requests.

Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France) or with the data protection authority of your country.

Security

HTTPS website (TLS 1.2+), restricted and logged admin access, encrypted backups, application patches applied continuously.
