Delivery and returns

DOMUX ships your vent grilles, ventilation valves, non-return dampers and accessories from its warehouse in France.

Delivery times and methods

• Preparation: orders confirmed before 2 pm (French time) are prepared the same day (working days).
• UPS and Chronopost: home delivery (UPS) or relay point delivery (UPS Access Point or Chronopost Pickup, your choice), 1 to 2 working days in France, a few working days elsewhere in Europe.
• Shipping costs: free in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, with no minimum order (excluding oversized items such as ducts and hoses sold by length). Free returns within 30 days.
• Tracking: tracking number sent by email as soon as the parcel ships.

Mainland France, Corsica and Monaco; European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein; French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna).

Right of withdrawal and returns

• You have 14 days from receipt to return an item that has not been installed or drilled and is in its original packaging (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
• Cut or made-to-measure parts (ducts, clamps cut to size) cannot be returned.
• Defective item or picking error: return at our expense, replacement or refund within 5 working days.

Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (5 years).
